Welcome to Reeva. These Terms govern your use of reeva.ai (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Incap, Inc. (dba Reeva), a Delaware corporation.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site describes our products and lets you contact us. It is not the Reeva product itself. If you become a Reeva customer, your use of our products is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

• Use the Site to break the law.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful code through the Site.
• Misrepresent who you are.
• Train a model on the Site's content.

We can suspend access if you break these rules.

3. Your submissions

When you contact us, request a demo, or fill out a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submissions to respond to you and improve our products.

Don't send us sensitive information through the Site, including trade secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential information you don't have permission to share.

4. Our content

The Site, its design, and its content belong to Reeva. We grant you a limited license to view it for your own informational purposes. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission. "Reeva" and our logo are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Forward-looking statements about products, timelines, or pricing may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Changes

We can change the Site or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
