This Privacy Policy explains how Incap, Inc. (dba Reeva) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit reeva.ai (the "Site"). This policy covers the Site only. If you are a Reeva customer, the data we process for your company is governed by your separate written agreement with us.
By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a demo, subscribe to updates, or email us, we collect what you send — typically your name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect basic technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. We collect this through standard web logs and analytics tools.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from business data providers, enrichment tools, or our investors and partners — for example, your LinkedIn profile or company information.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, financial account, or government ID information) through the Site. Please don't send us this kind of information.
